Are there any differences between the Docker and installed version?

No, our Docker image is the same version of the platform as the free installable version. The Enterprise version of the platform is currently only available as an installable, but can a tailored Docker image can be provided on request.

Do you integrate with other knowledge graph platforms and software?

Yes, the Enterprise version of the software supports integration with several well-known knowledge graph platforms on the market. In addition, as Mobi is built on the flexible RDF4J library, you can configure the application to connect to any compliant RDF triple store. For more specialized use cases, Mobi has a large REST API suite and several extensible backend frameworks which can be used for custom integrations unique to your enterprise.

How do I use Mobi with other collaborators?

To collaborate within Mobi with other people, we recommend installing the application on a central publicly accessible server so that everyone can navigate to the same instance in their browser. Mobi can be downloaded and used locally for simple prototyping and other individual work, but others won’t be able to login and collaborate with you.

My browser shows a certificate error when I open the application. Is this expected?

Yes, Mobi is hosted over HTTPS for security benefits and ships with a self-signed certificate to start. It is safe to proceed without a certificate in local installations, but we recommend generating/applying a certificate to the installation when deployed on a public shared server.
